There are no make-ups due to illness. If there are more than 2 cancellations due to weather, a week will be added to the spring session. Tuition is not refundable. All students must notify SBS in writing if they are not re-enrolling in a subsequent session.

Step by Step will evaluate road conditions and decide if the weather deems fit for instructors to travel. If a school/daycare is closed for any reason and does not allow Step by Step to hold a scheduled class, Step by Step is not responsible for providing a makeup.

If Step by Step has to cancel a class due to illness of instructor/educational training, a makeup will be provided. If you cannot attend the makeup provided, there are no credits applied. Students should arrive promptly to class. Excessive tardiness may hamper the progress of the entire class.
